Background Clearance Required

Per Pennsylvania law, all coaches, assistant coaches, managers, and volunteers that participate in youth sports activities, whether practices, games, warmups, or other are required to have unexpired background clearance documents on file with our association that have been reviewed and approved by the LAA, prior to your participation. Clearances are good for a 5-year period.

LAA works with a third-party company that makes the process simple.  If you already have the required clearances you are still required to upload them in the Background Manager System.
