Competitive, development-focused baseball for dedicated players in the Langhorne community. LAA Travel Baseball combines experienced coaching, structured training, league competition and tournament play in a positive, team-first environment.
2027 Spring Travel Baseball Tryouts
Registration is now open for the 2027 LAA Spring Travel Baseball tryouts. Tryouts will begin in September 2026, with one 9U session scheduled for October.
There is no fee to try out. Players selected for a team will be charged a registration fee after rosters are finalized.
Depending on player interest and the availability of qualified volunteer coaches, LAA may form multiple teams within an age group.
7U update: Tryouts are scheduled for September 15 and September 20 following the age group's open practices.

Tryout Process & Team Selection
LAA is committed to providing a thoughtful evaluation process while creating competitive, balanced teams for the 2027 season.
Attending Tryouts
All interested players must register before participating. Players should attend both sessions for their age group whenever possible so coaches have the best opportunity to complete an evaluation.
Player Evaluation
Coaches may consider baseball fundamentals, athletic ability, effort, attitude, coachability and overall team fit. Team placement is not guaranteed.
In-House Participation Required
All Langhorne AA travel players are required to participate in the LAA In-House Baseball Program. Participation in both programs helps players continue their development while maintaining eligibility for Cal Ripken postseason tournament trail competition. All players must participate in a minimum 60% of in-house games to be considered eligible for any Cal Ripken District tournament team.
Multiple-Team Opportunities
LAA may form multiple teams within an age group when sufficient player interest and qualified volunteer leadership are available.
Supporting Every Player
Roster decisions can be difficult. Families are asked to remain respectful of the evaluation process and the volunteers who carefully assess each player.
Not sure whether travel baseball is the right fit? Players are still encouraged to register and attend tryouts. The experience can help families better understand the program, expectations and available opportunities.
