About laa Basketball


Langhorne Athletic Association Intramural and Travel basketball program is open to boys and girls in grades K - 12th with all skill levels.

 

Our Goal


To allow boys and girls to improve their basketball skills while having fun and enjoying the social aspects of the game. This league will provide a wonderful opportunity to instill the value of good sportsmanship in our communities’ youth, while at the same time developing their athletic skills.

 

Intramural Information


The intramural events (evaluations, practices and games) begins in early November and runs until early March.

  • Practice & Game Schedules will not be available until after player evaluations in November.

K – 2nd Grade Coed Division will have 2 practices during the week and games will be on Saturdays.

    • There will be a trainer and team practice.
      • Trainer practices will be run by our partner, Neshaminy Academy of Basketball (www.neshacademy.com).
      • Team practices will be run by team coaches.
    • All practices and games will take place primarily at Pearl Buck Elementary School.

3rd – 8th Grade Boys and Girls Division will have 2 practices during the week and games will be on Saturdays.

    • There will be a trainer and team practice.
      • Trainer practices will be run by our partner, Neshaminy Academy of Basketball (www.neshacademy.com).
      • Team practices will be run by team coaches.
    • All practices and games will take place primarily at Maple Point Middle School.

9th – 12th Grade Boys and Girls Divisions will have 1 practice during the week and games will be primarily on Saturdays.

    • Team practices will be run by team coaches.
    • All practices and games will take place primarily at Maple Point Middle School.
